Planning lunch for a team, school or event?

Planning rules

Large lunch order: More than 20 items due between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

40+ items: Requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

For large orders, we’ll notify the café by email and text at 408-603-4406.

AGES 16–17 More scheduling flexibility, with age-appropriate duties and equipment restrictions.
Weekend shift options 9:00 AM–2:00 PM 11:00 AM–4:00 PM 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
Weekends are mandatorySaturday and Sunday availability is part of the Bee Cave Team Member role.
Communication is keyKeep your manager updated about availability, changes, transportation or school activities.
No experience neededFirst job? That is okay. We train for food safety, guest service and store operations.
Private onboardingFull minor and adult packets are never linked publicly. Selected candidates receive a direct private link.
